It provides a 24/7 calendar view of their assignments, view drivers and guides availability in their schedule, guests’ itineraries and perform ad-hoc job assignment at the convenience of a mobile device. In addition, the App helps tour drivers and/or guides to better coordinate their assignments and communicate via in-app chat services with their drivers/guides and guests, including details like pick-up locations, estimated time of arrival.Agent is able to view jobs undertaken by the respective drivers/guides and related booking details to better support traveler needs efficiently.
